World-renowned producer and DJ, born in Tokyo, 1962. He has
elevated turntables to status of musical instrument and released a number of well-received
albums. His DJ, producer, re-mixer works take him to numerous countries all over
the world. His creative activities stretch to movies, TV dramas, and TV commercials
and live sessions with artists from different genres.

He has collaborated with a wide range of artists ranging from
Herbie Hancock to Primus. He joined the mightiest West Coast scratch group ISP
in 1996 and expanded his musical horizon. After becoming a solo artist in the
late 90s, he has been active as live DJ and producer.

His unique style and sound production has attracted faithful
followers in Japan. In 1995, he created a DJ groupRyu with DJ KRUSH
and DJ SAK. He has released solo debut 12 inch DJ HIDE from Spectrum Works in
2000 and toured Europe with DJ KRUSH in 2001.
